This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property, and it doesn’t disappoint! So much space, inside and out, clean, and it had everything you could want! Three full bathrooms which made everything easier when we got ready each day. Plenty of gathering space in the kitchen, or dining room, and family room! I would highly recommend the property for family gatherings, girl groups, or just a nice night away! Super close to fine dining, the Historic Liberty Square and all of it’s boutique shopping. Great place!

This renovation of this family home was clearly a labor of love. The home is immaculate with many thoughtful details that make a stay just perfect. Jack was attentive to our needs and yet unobtrusive when tending the horses, chickens and cats that reside on the property. Thank you for a wonderful get away!

Beautifully appointed farmhouse with modern amenities. Perfect location. Hosts were engaging and gracious. We had an amazing time with friends and family.

We had an excellent experience at The Farm! It was roomy, yet cozy. The location is close to restaurants and the square and yet out in the country!

We enjoyed our stay, the home was private yet close enough to all amenities such as restaurants, grocery stores, etc.

The home was clean, appointing and quiet. The property is on an active farm and we had nightly visits from the barn cats, which we enjoyed. Property manager was kind. We didn’t need anything during our stay and all needs were met.

This house worked well for our group of six. It was a short stay, being only two nights, three days. Very roomy, comfortable, private and clean. We ate out mostly, but hung out in the kitchen quite a bit over a cup of coffee. Jack was easy to work with regarding the reservation.

Neat and tidy and everything was fictional.

Very large property. The house was well stocked with everything but butter knives. We did not do a large amount of cooking as we were visiting other family, but it seemed if you needed to cook you would not be missing anything. Property manager was very helpful when I left something of importance behind. Would gladly stay here again.

We met our Midwest kids there for an early Christmas. Pleasant surprise to have Christmas decor up-it made it magical. The home was older but had the needed renovations to make it very comfortable. It was clean and well stocked with all the dishes and appliances to make a yummy Christmas dinner. Felt secluded but close to amenities at the same time. Jack was available and willing to help us out with anything we needed. Would recommend this lovely home!

We enjoyed our stay at the Burns Farm. It was the perfect spot for our girls weekend.

We had a wonderful time with family , age 18 months to 89 years. Everyone enjoyed the “farmhouse” experience, the spacious living area, the ample sleeping spaces and well equipped kitchen. The delightful outdoor setting provided excellent opportunity for playing games, watching the animals, building a bonfire to roast marshmallows, and communing with nature. Thank you and God Bless.

We are a group of 6 senior who quilt and meet annually at different locations around the US. This is the best home we have ever rented in the 20 plus years we have been meeting. The home was well appointed with everything we would need, rooms were comfortable ,it was quiet and yet with 15 minutes of groceries, restaurants and shopping. 25 minutes to the airport. The local host was very responsive.We will definitely comeback.

Loved the whole “farm” experience! Spent some nice time around the kitchen table. It’s really nice when the pantry and fridge have staples — like spices, condiments, etc. That was a nice bonus. We took advantage of all the beds in the large BR#3 for friends who were also in town for the wedding — it was great to be able to spend time together between activities. Everyone thought the house was a huge hit! If we find ourselves back in KC in the future, we’ll definitely stay there again! Thank you so much!

Our family was celebrating a recent adoption of two additional teenage daughters, at Kauffman stadium and Worlds of Fun in KC. The farm house added a special magic to all the memories we made that weekend. It was peaceful and picturesque – felt like playing house at Green Gables. Thanks for letting us pet the horses!

This farmhouse was perfect for me and my boys when we spent three days in the KC area for Royals games! The house is very accommodating with tons of space, the acreage gave us lots of room for football and frisbee, the drive to Kauffman is quick and easy and Liberty is a terrific town with lots of history!

Great place to stay! Cute farmhouse, clean. Our boys enjoyed the space to run around and play. We would definitely stay here again.

This beautiful property just on the outskirts of Liberty was a wonderful place for our group! The house has so much character, was impeccably clean, and the communication experience with the property manager was excellent. We had a wonderful time on this farm (How cute are those barn cats?) and would gladly book it again.

What you see is what you get with this property! Communication was fast and easy and though we brought a lot to keep our little ones entertained, it was nice to have a game shelf in the loft area for the kids! It definitely served our needs. Thank you!
